Farm Comprehensive Personal Liability

Coverage Summary

Farm Comprehensive Personal Liability coverage extends protection from your commercial farm policy to provide personal (homeowners type) liability insurance to owners of private farms.  It protects the insured and residents of the insured’s household from suits arising out of bodily injury or property damage arising out of the insured’s personal or non-business activities.  Included are sports activities, pet activities, and miscellaneous events such as someone tripping in an insured’s cemetery plot.

Eligibility

• Individual farm owners with no commercial equine activity.
• The farm premises must be insured’s primary residence.

NOTE:  Excess limits coverage may not be written in conjunction with Farm Comprehensive Personal Liability.
