Coverage Summary
The Comprehensive Personal Liability endorsement provides personal (homeowners type) liability insurance to owners of commercial farms which also serve as their primary residence. It protects the insured and residents of the insured’s household from suits arising out of bodily injury or property damage arising out of the insured’s personal or non-business activities. Included are sports activities, pet activities, and miscellaneous events such as someone tripping in an insured’s cemetery plot.
Eligibility
- Farm owners where the farm premises is the insured’s primary residence.
NOTE: Excess limits coverage may not be written in conjunction with Farm Comprehensive Personal Liability.
