Overview
Equine Colic protection covers reasonable and customary veterinary fees incurred for colic treatment provided to your horse by a qualified veterinarian. It will reimburse horse owners for medical and surgical treatment of colic, including follow-up care for up to 90 days after the end of the policy period. Treatment of gastric ulcers are also covered up to $2,000 per claim, $3,000 aggregate. This coverage is subject to a $375 deductible per claim. A $3,000 limit per animal per year applies.
